Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your purchase from Phone Time. As a local business in Melbourne, we stand by the quality of our parts and accessories. 

  • Return Period: You have 30 days to return an item from the date you received it.

  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging with tags.

  • How to Start: Email us at phonetime.au@gmail.com.

  • Return Fees: For faulty items or "Phone Time" errors, we cover all costs. For change of mind or wrong model ordered, a flat $10 Restocking Fee applies, and the buyer covers return postage.

  • Damaged Items: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective.

  • Refunds: Once inspected, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
